Accessing and using the Aranis platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The representative who accepts these Terms on behalf of a company warrants that they have the authority to do so.
Aranis provides vendor security and compliance assessment through structured questionnaires, AI-automated analysis of the assessed controls, exposed-surface scanning, generation of consolidated risk reports, and an AI assistant to support operations. The services available vary according to the contracted plan (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise).
The Client is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential, for all activities carried out under its account, for immediately notifying Aranis of any unauthorized use (security@aranis.ai), and for ensuring that Users are duly authorized staff.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. No charge or invoice is attached to the Free plan or to the For Startups plan.
We do not offer refunds for partially used periods. In case of cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Aranis Tecnologia may change prices with 30 days' prior notice by email.
It is expressly prohibited to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, attempt to access other clients' data, perform reverse engineering, use the AI outside the scope of vendor risk management, insert illegal content, or intentionally overload the infrastructure.
The Aranis platform, including its code, interface, assessment methodology, control frameworks, and risk-scoring models, is the exclusive property of Aranis Tecnologia, protected by copyright and trade secret. Data entered by the Client remains the Client's property.
Aranis Tecnologia treats all Client data as confidential, not disclosing it to third parties without express authorization, restricting internal access to what is strictly necessary, and adopting appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
Aranis Tecnologia uses reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is available at support@aranis.ai, with priority service for Enterprise clients.
The Aranis platform provides decision-support analyses and recommendations and does not replace legal, audit, or specialized consulting assessment. Aranis Tecnologia is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the platform's analyses.
Under no circumstances shall Aranis Tecnologia's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the triggering event. For Clients on the Free plan or the For Startups plan, where no amount has been paid, the platform is provided as is.
The Client may cancel the subscription at any time through account settings or by email at contact@aranis.ai. After termination, the Client has 30 days to export its data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the District of Piracicaba, SP, waiving any other.
